Hi Art,
I know we have been distracted, but do you think some sort of photo (and otherwise) display of wild "blooms", from lichens on up, might be doable by May 1? I know the group on the islands that are so prolific with their photos have some good material other than birds, and perhaps they would be willing to contribute a few prints of "blooms".
I have a good printer for up to letter size, but people would have to trust me with their files and to give credit where credit is due.
Mounting and proper display could also be expensive if done right so it would be better if people lent us their hard copies properly mounted. I don't mind doing a few though.
I have not yet gone through my digital pictures to see what there is, as it is in itself a daunting task as they are not in folders yet.
May 1 is 2 weeks early for even the wild blue violets here, as well as all the berry and apple trees, so I suspect any display of wild blooms will be mostly photographic.
Please let me know what you think, and post this to I Love Quoddy Wild if you like.

We would like to promote this here at ILQW so send your photos as you contribute them and we will feature them here as part of the exhibit promotion. Good luck with this!!!
