Not a shot of a whale this time around but a nice close up of a juvenile bald eagle, taken last week on the east side of Dinner Island. I have been out to the Campobello / Spruce / Casco Islands area with paddling customers every day this last week, high tide being timed ideally
for our multiple hour paddle excursions. We spotted numerous finbacks every time we were out there. It's just great and I feel so privileged to be able to see these beauties from our boats or whilst enjoying a snack or lunch on one of the many small beaches on Campobello.
