Art,
Another peregrine for your local species list. This little male came over us(the dog and I) twice yesterday, Sept.23, in the Pagan Point Salt Marsh in St Andrews. It's the second one I've seen there since mid-summer. Fortunately the local crows only checked him out without any of the normal pestering. We were graced with a nice view of the elusive green heron that has been there for the past two summers on Sunday, Sept 13 while we were giving McGill University wildlife biology students a mummichog population estimation project to do. Hope you're well and the new roof is holding on.
