Holy Moley !!! My printer just delivered the first of my prints for the Charlotte County Blooms, "On the Wild Side" flower show. It's Harold Bailey's Rabbit-foot clover on matt paper, and I'd swear it's a 3 D image!
I printed it first as seemingly one of the less spectacular photos.
I can't wait to print off more, and I know those from Joyce Morrel will be just as breathtaking. Some of the grander photos we are doing in 11 x 17 size. We'll have a number of such "hard" copies, as well as a laptop and my digital projector running the powerpoint slide show of over 100 photos onto a very fine glass beaded Kodak screen borrowed from SCEP.
By promoting the Wild Side of the blooms and blossoms in Charlotte County at this event, we hope to excite a deeper appreciation for our beautiful, precious, priceless wilderness in this region. It has been educational and a privilege to work on this project, and I am quite certain that those who see it will be impressed, as well as excited!
