Apparently someone dumped some fish at Todd's Point on the St. Croix Estuary and this has attracted eagles and crows. When I passed by this afternoon there were 2 adult eagles and two strange "little" raptors that looked more the size of osprey than an eagle. They are dark and strangely coloured, but very scrawny for immature eagles. I think that is what they are, however. Please give me your opinion. Sorry about the photo quality. Best I could do in the available light.
Thanks
