Art, I've noticed some really interesting bird reports on the site over the time you've been up and running, from the painted bunting on Grand Manan all winter, to the most recent, the thick billed flycatcher. I went to the Provincial Woodcarving Show in St Andrews this weekend. It was excellent, and fun, as usual. There was a photo of a bird at the entrance desk and they wanted to know what it was. I asked where the photo was from and they said just over in Maine. It was a Varied Thrush, a bird generally found in the Pacific northwest. Things are sure moving around.
