Learn about rare plants of the Acadian Forest - July 28 at Campobello

On the evening of July 28, from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. Atlantic Time, an Acadia Lifelong Learning (ALL) group will make a public presentation about rare plants and changing ecosystems in the Acadian Forest Region.  The presentation will be in the Roosevelt Campobello International Park Visitor Centre theatre.
The ALL "expedition" (a joint effort of Acadia University's, KC Irving Environmental Centre, and Open Acadia) is in the area to help track changes in the vegetation of the Acadian Forest Region.  During their expedition, ALL members, botanists and other scientists are collecting plants on Campobello, in Maine near Baxter State Park; and in central western New Brunswick.
